My local astronomy club Porin Karhunvartijat had it’s traditional wintertime meeting in 10.12.2010 in Otsola Opisto, Pori, Finland. In that meeting, a action plan for year 2011 was presented. Also new board of association was chosen. There did not happen any big changes in the board, only the secretary of board was changed. The meeting also made a decision to buy a sky quality meter -devise to the Ulvila observatory. Also some current issues in our association and observatory were discussed about. After the meeting, Ismo Elo from Forssa gave us a lecture about Kaali meteor impact crater in Saaremaa, Estonia. He discussed especially about all kinds of folklore about that impact event. He also has thought that the impact event was described in Kalevala, the national epic of Finland.
